The Role:
SolarList seeks a New Product Visionary to assist in leading new business initiatives within the company.
The ideal candidate can transform strategic business objectives into clear requirements, analyze the requirements’ financial and operational merits, and execute on a plan to meet the needs of the market.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate, prioritize and communicate business opportunities through financial analysis, market need and product / program execution requirements
Establish detailed product development requirements, pilot programs and roll-out plans for new business initiatives
Collect market requirements, analyze user needs, and closely collaborate with product managers and legal, operations, finance, capital markets, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product delivery
Lead cross-functional teams in taking new business initiatives to market
Desired Skills & Experience:
Undergraduate degree from a top institution
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an analyst at a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank; candidates with product management experience with strong financial skills will also be considered
Superior organizational and interpersonal skills; proven ability to lead projects
Disciplined and self-motivated; excels with limited guidance in a constantly changing environment
Strong financial and business evaluation skill set to included extensive financial modeling

Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail
Desire to work with a bunch of awesome people in an a start-up firm that is driving the mass adoption of residential solar energy
